Boat with 61 migrants capsizes near Libya, 15 bodies wash up on coast

Libya's authorities said the bodies of at least 15 migrants washed up on the eastern Mediterranean coast on Saturday after a boat capsized. A Libyan navy official said 10 survivors from the boat claimed it was carrying around 61 people. Security officials said the bodies were recovered from the coast of Tobruk city and that more bodies could be found.

India faces 46% rainfall deficit as El Niño delays monsoon revival

India recorded only 45.6 mm of rainfall by June 20 against the seasonal normal of 84.4 mm, resulting in a 46% shortfall, According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
